REFUND POLICY

Change of Mind, Incorrect Size or Colour

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour selection. Please review product descriptions, size charts and colour options carefully before placing your order. As items are custom printed and made for you, they cannot be resold.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or incorrectly printed due to a manufacturing error. Please check your item when it arrives.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where required. 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at belinda.george.8blissbybelinda.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. Notification outside of this period will not be accepted.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. We will advise on the next steps. In most cases, faulty items will need to be returned back to the supplier directly, so please be mindful of this.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
